Allen Architects oversaw construction and provided contract administrator services in the procurement of this contemporary rear and side, single storey ground floor extension project.

Delivering the design and contemporary details relied on our direct involvement with, and the co-ordination of specialist sub-contractors on behalf of our client.

A large format glazed pivot door provides direct connection to the brick paved patio and garden beyond, whilst the corner glazed rear extension plays host to a breakout snug and informal dining area ancillary to the kitchen.

Zinc cladding, sharply detailed and in dark tones compliments through contrast this beloved example of traditional London Victorian architecture.
